WHO I AM

Integrity, honesty, and loyalty are at the heart of what I do. They always have been; they always will be.

I’m not a sales person; I’m a service person. My goal isn’t to close a deal and make a buck; my goal is to serve you. No pushiness. No big-pressure tactics. This is a big deal, whether you’re buying or selling, there’s a lot at stake.

This isn’t a hobby. It isn’t a “side gig” for me. My heart and soul are in this just like yours are.

HOW I GOT HERE

I’ve had career that is wide and vast, spanning multiple industries from “fuzzy sweaters” to “high tech”. Retail, marketing, communications, visual merchandising… I’ve even written contracts for a tech company.

But I don’t love working for a company. I love serving others. I wanted a career that allowed me to incorporate my skills and my desire to serve.

Having been through the home buying and selling process multiple times in multiple states with multiple agents, I understand how stressful and confusing the process can be. I want to ease that stress, make it less confusing, and allow you to enjoy the process of making your real estate dreams come true.

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

  • Marketing. I have more than 20 years marketing, merchandising, and communications experience.

    • Sellers: This means I’m highly skilled at helping you put your best foot forward when selling your home. I have tools at my disposal to market through a variety of avenues and yet hit your specific target each time.

    • Buyers: This means I know the “tricks of the trade”. I can help you decipher the code words and go beyond the shiny appearance of things.​

  • Money. Overpaying. Underpricing. Mistakes that are extremely costly can easily occur. I have the know-how and ability to help you ensure “the price is right.”

    • Sellers: Many people make the mistake of leaving money on the table because they don’t understand the true value of their home, or they overprice it and end up frustrated because offers don’t come flowing in.

    • Buyers: Many people make the mistake of overpaying because they become emotionally invested or simply don’t understand the market landscape.​

  • Value. Let my strategic mind, my experience, and my access help you make the right deal for YOU. Believe it or not, the right deal may not always be about the money.​
